Forest and Lake

Nestled in the pine forests along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, this carriage house was designed to sit perfectly within its natural surroundings and take advantage of the lake views from the large upper deck and front bedrooms. Every detail of this home was lovingly selected, from the reclaimed oak mantel and custom pine box beams to the vintage laundry room door and leaded glass kitchen cabinet inserts. This new custom home was built alongside an existing boathouse that underwent some much needed updates to its existing living space. The boathouse’s pine ceiling and wall paneling were preserved amidst the updates to maintain the warm and comfortable gathering space that had been in the family for years.
