Honoring Spaces

Honoring Spaces

This family wanted to bring their camp into the 21st Century while honoring the original space imbedded in so many childhood and generational memories formed over past summer seasons. With the exception of the original stone fireplace and surround, almost every inch of every surface was renovated to reflect the family’s current tastes and lifestyle. An open kitchen, great room area with lofted ceilings, a spacious primary wing, a fabulous new bunk room, and an amazingly unique lofted library are just a few of the many upgrades that make this home sing. Engineered oak floors and ceilings, custom boxed beams, natural stone tile, and repurposed paneling from the original camp make for a comfortable retreat any time of year.
